I am not a Best Buy fan, at least not at the one at the Cambridgeside Galleria. This place drives me nuts. The ONLY reason why I even shop there is because I had gift cards earned from my credit card to shop there. We were there twice today!! First, we tried to buy a laptop there months ago but they were ALWAYS out of stock of the laptop we wanted. What a pain! Then we started looking at digital cameras and DVD players. There are always a ton of workers milling around. Finding a helpful one is like finding a needle in a haystack. Customer service is extremely poor at this Best Buy. There are probably three employees that I have found to be helpful there in the last year. Now that we've spent our gift cards, I will NEVER set foot in that horrible store again. EVER. We got a Fuji A500 camera and XD memory card with our gift cards. It's taken forever to buy this camera. We haven't used it yet. Keep your fingers crossed. I'd hate to go back for a third time. I really hate that Bestbuy. We had to return a DVD cleaner that we bought this morning for our piece of junk DVD player. The DVD cleaner did not work. Arggh. At least returning it was not painful. I'm buying my next DVD player at Target. Any recommendations for good, not too expensive DVD player? I hear they break pretty easily after a year regardless
