The Field, located on Prospect Street in Central Sqaure, is a decent place to meet after work. It never seems to get too noisy, and they pour a mean Guiness! Theior selection beers is pretty good for a small place, and their service is often great. My only complaint is the food. I'm vegetarian, quite strict, and tehre is really not much for me to eat there. Salad, mainly. But, my carnivorous friends love their sandwiches, and I love my friends, so I'll probably keep going back!

This pub helped me survive for at least two years. It's dark, dank, relaxing, anonymous, and beautiful. If it were not logically, legally, and physically impossible, I would actually marry the establishment. No human being can claim themselves a resident of Boston or Cambridge without spending at least 400 hours in this place.
