Despite the popularity of Cambridge 1, the wait for a seat is rarely long, and it's always worth it. Serving thin crust pizzas alongside a selection of salads, wine, and beer, this restaurant housed in an old fire house is hardly your average pizzeria. The combinations of toppings are delightful and the herbs are used to perfection. Get several to share with friends -- the potato and fontina is a favorite.

Cambridge 1 has some nice thin crust pizzas and a hard to resist view out the back of the graveyard. The place is packed on weekends and, because they serve late, it's a fine place to stop in after a movie across the street when everything else is closing. The staff generally knows its wines and the selection by the glass is good. I like the simplest pizzas best here - the plain tomato and basil is a winner. The back by the windows can be awfully chilly in the winter (oooh, graveyard!) so bring a sweater, as the staff can only turn the heat up so much.

Everyone always talks about how nice Cambridge 1 is. I must admit that the pizza is not bad at all. You can even split your pizza so you get different toppings and sauces on different sections. However, I wouldn't classify it as great. Noch's pizza is pretty good and much cheaper. Cambridge 1 does have a nice atmosphere though so it's a great date place. It's a good hangout for the college and up crowd. I don't see too many families come here to eat.

They are conveniently located right at the center of Harvard Square, just a few steps away from Harvard Square T station. Their thin crust pizzas are very delicious and they have plenty interesting combination of toppings that you can choose from. I had a hard time trying to decide which one I should try because they are all sounds very appealing. The relax atmosphere in the restaurant makes it a great place to hang out as well. If you like pizza or if you just want a place to hang out, you should definitely try this one. Recommended.
