Beware ! Look at www.lni.wa.gov
Before calling Earl Gooch. He is only a trainee plumber. That been off and on since 1992 and has never been a certified licensed plumber. Earl must be supervised by a certified licensed plumber to install water heaters.
If he already installed your water heater and was not supervised, you should call LNI and have them inspect it for your safety.Washington State has codes, rules and laws in plumbing to protect us.
