I enjoy Curves because it's for women only - no children running around, and no men to make you feel self-conscience. The music is upbeat and the workout quick and easy. The employees are great at encouraging you to get fit. Even though the room's temperature is usually kept about 66 degrees, is does heat up in the summer when the direct sunlight comes in. Occasionally, I've found it too warm to exercise in.

I enjoy Curves because it's for women only - no children running around, and no men to make you feel self-conscience. The music is upbeat and the workout quick and easy.
