I was solicited by email by Nova Development to purchase an upgrade to Scrapbook Factory Deluxe 4.0. When I received the upgrade, the disk would not install. I emailed Nova letting them know that the disk would not install and that there was a problem with the disk. I follow their instructions to the T including wiping possible residue off of the disk, etc. I installed other software and had no problems with the disks so it's not my computer or the drive. Everything else on my computer is working perfectly. I got the second disk and had the same problem. I emailed Nova again but now I get no response. Is this company still in business? If that's the way they treat their customers, they shouldn't be in business. I paid for software that doesn't work and they refuse to send me a disk that works.

Cons: Worst customer service, software that doesn't install

I spent two days in the hospital with from eating at this restaurant. The franchise owner originally agreed to send my claim for medical bills to his insurance company. I have heard nothing from anyone since October 2007 when this occured. the owner refuses to answer my phone calls or emails despite numerous attempts too reach him. the health dept. inspector reported that while things were ok on the day that he was there, the restaurant had previously had a "B" rating for some time due to incorrect temperatures. I would not recommend eating at Johnny Rockets.
Cons: sent me to the hospital

I like the Calabasas in for it's beautiful setting. The only problem is that is seems like everyone gets married there. I have been to about 8 weddings there and it is getting kind of boring. I kind of feel like I am in a cattle call when I am there, they tend to stuff as many weddings into one day as possible and it doesn't seem like anyone gets great service.

We planned our wedding at Calabasas 9 months in advance, but initially were not certain of the time for the ceremony. Subsequent conversations with them pinned the exact time, however we assumed the change would be made on our contract. WRONG!! Wasn't until 3 weeks prior when we were dicussing our menu that we discovered the change had not been made. Not only that, we were misinformed as to the menu to be served for "children". It's not in any brochure, however their cutoff age is 10, not under age 21 as we were led to believe...and I would never serve 17-19 year olds chicken strips and everyone else tri tip.
