Great Customer Service but Don't Buy Fabric Protection Warranty 4/2/2009

This is a good furniture store with excellent customer service and reasonable prices. However, DO NOT waste your money on the ULtrashiled warranty. It is a rip off, they will not honor the warranty. If you do not believe me, check out their rating on the Better Business Bureau, they are rated F and have over 50 complaints in the last 12 months. more

Best furniture store in town 9/22/2005

The Furniture Store is a wonderful shop located just down from the post office in the Cabot. The store offers a wide variety of furniture, including many name-brand manufacturers. Prices are quite competitive to other furniture stores in the area, but a huge plus with The Furniture Store is that they offer free delivery, which is close to unheard of anymore. The staff at this shop is top-notch in their knowledge of their products, and their attention to detail and their customers. more
