5 Spice Cafe is probably Burlington's best restaurant. Their food is consistently well made and the service is excellent. The best thing for a new customer to do is rustle up 2 or 3 friends, and go have the Sunday dim-sum brunch (dim-sum means with dumplings). At the Sudnay brunch, waitstaff come around with trays of small dishes (hot and cold) and you get to pick whichever ones are appetizing. Each little plate has 3 or 4 pieces. This way, you all get to sample a nite or two and see what you like. You then count up your total of plates and pay that way. Definately try to evil jungle prince and the peanut sauce with noodles. They also sell thier peanut sauce, and I make sure to get at least 2 jars every time I go. My father always requests a jar of their thai sweet chili sauce. Hands down, the best place for a meal in B-town.
