Big Muddy's is located on the riverfront and is a great dine in restaraunt. It is a nice formal restaraunt. The price is affordable and the tip is usually located in the bill. The staff is nice. They have a wide variety of foods and beverages. They are quick to make food and try to keep you from waiting.

Big Muddy's is located near the Mississippi River in downtown Burlington, Iowa. It is a unique restaurant and just a fun place to eat and enjoy the surrondings. I have eaten there with coworkers for a Christmas and/or birthday party celebrations. In my opinion the best dish was burger and fries due to time constraints. The burgers were thick and juicy and service was excellent. Although the dishes were a little pricey you still got a great bargain. Lots of local businessmen and women favor Big Muddy's and I have heard they have a great Happy Hour. I was mainly impressed by the scenery and interior design and how you can look out on the Mississippi River while eating.

Happy Joe's Pizza and Ice Cream is located in Burlington, Iowa by the high school. My husband, son, and I go there for their Sunday lunch buffet where you can get pizza, salad bar, and other main dishes for a little over 6 dollars. The drinks are high though and that is what adds to the cost. But the pizza and salad bar are great. The best pizza is the taco pizza in my opinion. It has lots of tasty ingredients. The waiters are friendly by coming to refill your drinks and you can take your drink home if you want. My expectations were met and yours will be too at Happy Joe's. Come in early for the weekend buffet as it fills up quickly!

The staff is the most nice people you've ever met. They are usually teenagers that are looking for a nice place to work at. They are all nice and usually females. It is dine in or carry out whichever you prefer. They have many different platter to choose from and many beverages as well. The prices are affordable and cheap for familys when they eat out. For this reason is why many different family's eat at el taco casa.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. It is nothing to look at-the decor is no frills, but comfortable. However, the food is great and they have very reasonable prices. It more than makes up for the lack of atmosphere.You can get a large pizza and 2 big sandwiches for about $20. And the pizza is super! Nice, thin crust and lots of toppings! They don't deliver so you either have to go pick up your food or eat in the restaurant, but the food is well worth the effort!

One of the best things about Liquor Depot is that they are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, even on holidays, so you never have to go without the proper spirits for whatever you are doing. They have everything from wine to beer to hard liquor, with a great selection of everything. The staff is friendly and helpful, and you will always be able to find what you need. They have weekly specials that are great. The second best thing about The Liquor Depot is the drive-up window. If you are in a hurry, you don’t even have to get out of the car!

Martini's offers an atmosphere like nothing else in Burlington. With an amazing view of the Mighty Mississipi River, personable wait staff, and a delicious cuisine, it is the best restaurant in town! The high prices make it a place to eat on special occasions, but it is always a great time!
Go in expecting to spend at least a couple hours. With the huge menu of martinis for every taste, an amazing menu of all different kinds of foods, huge desserts large enough to feed several people, and the famous Chicken Lips, you can lose yourself in the food and the laughs! The food is cooked to perfection, and served hot and fresh to your table. The wait staff is quick to respond to anything you need, and the drinks are delicious!
This is a great place to spend an evening! You won't be disappointed!

El Taco Casa has very good food. The meat in their tacos has a creamy texture that just melts in your mouth. Delicious. Another restaurant that isn't big on atmosphere, but the food and prices more than make up for the lack of decor. If you are looking for really authentic Mexican food, this probably isn't the place for you, but they do have very good Americanized Mexican food.

Hungry bear is a great place to stop by and get something to eat whether it is a sandwich or just a milkshake. They are nice and are family owned and operated. They sponser little league baseball and have their names on the shirts every year. They make some of the best food for the MOST cheapest prices EVER! They also have a large assortment of ice creams from milkshakes to ice-cream cones. The also have alot of differnet beverages to choose from.
