After discovering that there was a substantial price difference in what we and other tourists paid we called the agent to ask. She said she would look into it. When we called back to make further inquiries the agent was rude and said she was canceling the tour and hung up. You should not yell at your customer just because they discovered that you ripped them off. Very improper customer service. I definitely would not recommend them.

After discovering that there was a substantial price difference in what we and other tourists paid we called the agent to ask. She said she would look into it. When we called back to make further inquiries the agent was rude and said she was canceling the tour and hung up. You should not yell at your customer just because they discovered that you ripped them off. Very improper customer service. I definitely would not recommend them.

I've been going to Gateway for my Trans-Pacific flight tickets for years now, and I always encounter fast, efficient, and mistake-free service from Ms. Chen. She takes extra effort to find me the best deals, and always provides a number of options for me to choose from. She's the best!
