I have lived in the bay area since 1989 and have bought many cars in the area. No hassle - price was spot-on what I expected to pay. It isn't always the owner or manager or the sales person per se that sets the reputation for the business and the used car business in general. But there are great salesmen that can cause one to write a positive review. I can highly recommend the salesperson (Troy ?) has a German sounding last name.

Took our car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Of course they tell us that we need major repairs and a 55K mile service. $300 later we picked it up and were informed that we still needed major work done. The car has 56K miles on it and they said it seemed as if it must have been in an accident at some point because it was in such bad shape. That was NOT the case! We took it to another mechanic to get the new brakes recommended, but it has never been in an accident! They made it sound like our 4 year old car was going ot fall apart that day! Don't bother wtih this place! PROS: CONS: They'll invent problems to make more $$$!
