OMG.... this place freakin' ROCKS!!! First of all, let me start by stating my in-laws are the owner-operators of a mexican restaurant in Santa Barbara that has been featured and reviewed by major publications accross the country for their authentic, and excellent Mexican food, so I am no stranger to good Mexican cuisine, All I can say is this place is my new favorite mexican restaurant!!! The Margaritas, excellent, Guacamole, ranks right up there with mine (hehe, my guac is AWESOME!!!). Everything my wife and I had was shockingly good. We didn't expect much walking in; in fact, we found it by accident, but we left feeling like we had found a gem. Even the service was fast and friendly! On a side note, the servings are NOT small, so go ahead and share.., which leaves more room for margaritas, HELL YEAH!!!
Pros: I know it's not very specific, but EVERYTHING!!!
Cons: none....

I don't know what the problem is here because the Hola in Belmont is delicious down to the salsa and margaritas. But the Burlingame location is a totally different story the salsa is as flavorful as a shoe sole and the margaritas are so icy you would need a pipe to take a sip. The wait staff is abrupt and at times unattentive. The food I ordered tasted bland, but I am not the type to not give a second chance so I tried it again and it almost seemed worst the last time. I gave it two stars because I think it is a great meeting place for drinks with friends after work or a starting place; just make sure to avoid the salsa and order the marg on the rocks to avoid major brain freeze. Eat at your own risk.
Pros: Great place for cocktails (other than blended margaritas)
Cons: Food and service

Service was inept, disorganized and slow. Food is good but in no way worth the wait and hassle. Would not send my worst enemy.

I do agree that there is no waiting area, but it's a nice area, so walking around for a couple minutes is fine with me. This place can get REALLY loud sometimes, so prepare to talk in really loud voices. When I worked in the area, we would have company dinners here. Out-of-staters LOVED this place ESPECIALLY for their guacamole dip (which is AWESOME!!) Their margaritas and salsa are GREAT too! The vibe, the people, the staff, the food is really good. I have no complaints, well, just one. I wanted the back courtyard for a company dinner, and they said it was being remodeled so they placed us upstairs, which was fine, until we saw that the back courtyard wasn't being remodeled and there were regular patrons dining there. THAT was disturbing!!! Other than that, this place is great! I give this place 2 thumbs up! haha =)

I really don't see the issue for parking. It's on Burlingame Ave, there are hundreds of stores and restaurants, it's bound to be crowded! There are plenty of FREE parking lots in the off streets not to mention the street parking. This place can get pretty busy but the wait hasn't been longer than 20 minutes every time you go there. And the best is the Sangria. It's chilled to the right temp and is so delicious. I love this place!

I only went once for food and another time for drinks. Food was good, sangria was good, good company, good times. The bartendar was cool. He talked to us and we felt at home.

This is the best Mexican restaurant on the peninsula (that I've found anyway). The food is great and they make great margaritas. I have nothing but good experiences here. One bad thing, it is usually really busy so the waiters are not very attentive.
Pros: Great Food, Great Drinks
Cons: , Bad parking
