Beautifully designed exterior and interior. THe rooms are large and very comfortable. The staff is very very helpful and room service is a must when you stay here because the food was wonderful. They have a great club downstairs at the lobby to dance your heart away.

Even if you don't stay here, try the restaurant in the atrium of the hotel; it's got magnificant food, although admittedly for magnificantly high prices -- but I have never been disappointed with whatever I've ordered. Steaks are done to perfection, with succulent marinades, the vegetables are crisp and fresh and full of flavor. The hotel itself is also quite nice; the rooms are fairly spacious and quiet, kept clean and well-maintained (no peeling wallpaper, no cracks in the bathroom tile, etc). In addition to the restaurant in the atrium, Knuckles Sports Bar is also here, and they have a great menu of pub food/appetizers, although I think the value-for-the-dollar is stretched quite a bit here (Paying $22 for an amazing dinner is one thing, paying $10 for a plate of good nachos is another) Among the other amenities, there's a pool outside, and a fairly robust gym area as well. Memorial Day weekend, there's a gaming convention that rolls in (Kubla Con), which why I end up there quite often. The people can be very noisy and uproarious (we're having a great time) but I've never heard of any incidents where hotel patrons were really bothered by the ruckus. But if you're really picky about your hotels being peaceful and quiet, you may want to avoid this one on Memorial Day weekend! PROS: Excellent restaurant, well-kept facilities CONS: High-class comes at high-cost. Watch out for Memorial Day weekend!

I always enjoy myself when I visit the Hyatt. My husband land I like to be spontaneous and sometimes pretend we are on vacation by staying at a hotel for one night. we alsways choose the Hyatt because here sem to be extra friendly. And the rooms are huge, very worth the price. Everything is so clean and well mainatied. And teh hotel staff is very friendly. Highly recommended hotel.

If you get a special internet rate, it may be worth staying here. The rooms are quiet, good sized, comfy, and more plush than some of the other nearby hotels. Be forewarned, you may need to do some hiking to get from the lobby to your room . This is a service hotel, and staff here is attentive, helpful, and friendly
