This place is great & reasonably priced. I had the salmon special which was super. My guests had the pork special & lobster ravioli. Rave reviews all around.
The sad part is we were there on Sat night & Burlingame Ave was a ghost town.
I know it's hard with this economy but if you can please go here for dinner. Don't let them become another empty space.

I always used to go here for the yummy Chicken burritos. THey have cheap, affordable, but incredibly tasting food. They have burritos, quesadillas, and some asian style food (teryaki wraps/bowls). They have a yummy kids' menu. i don't think they're open anymore though. too bad, they were really good.

I love coming here to get wine. They have an amazing selection, and great specials and prices. They are also extremely knowledgeable about the wines they have in their store and can help you pick out something just right for whatever occasion.
The service is friendly and not overbearing.
Parking on Broadway can be challenging but if you go a block or two down on the side streets you'll find 2 hour street parking.
PROS: Quality wines, prices

I just started going to the Vinyl Room last month, and I must say that it's my new spot when it comes to partying on the peninsula! Before Vinyl, I would hang out at the Alabi or O'Neill's, but lately those places have just been full of dudes. Getting drunk with a bunch of guys, realy isn't my idea of fun, so I decided to check out the Vinyl Room on a Thursday and was pleasently suprised with the amount of girls it attracts. Every time I have gone to the Vinyl Room, I am surrounded by girls...UPGRADE!
The crowd is awesome, and the staff is great too. I love all 3 female tenders (they are the best!) and Beau is a great guy to have behind the bar as well..I got trashed one night at the bar, and he gave me a ride home. They all pour the drinks real heavy, so I always leave with a nice buzz!
The DJs are great, I think DJs are only there Wednesday through Saturday, but they really mix things up - from 80s music to 90s rock. They always take requests and keep the crowd happy.
If you're tired of sitting with a bunch of dudes in a bar with a crappy music selection and no girls... check out the Vinyl Room - I really think you'll like it!

I've been here several times for dinner with my family and the place is wonderful. The service was attentive and sometimes we even get free ice cream! The appetizers are delicious and I love the beef sukiyaki. The portions are pretty generous. Pricing was average for a decent Japanese restaurant. It is slightly more than Isobune but it has much nicer surroundings.
PROS: Free ice cream doesn't hurt

Ever since I tasted "boba" at my friend's party a few years ago, I've been addicted. I always introduce it to my other friends who haven't had the pleasure of tasting it, either.
Well, let me tell you that I was ECSTATIC when I discovered this place. It's fairly new, although I'm pretty sure they have locations elsewhere. It's this quaint little "cafe" next to the Burlingame Hotel and overshadowed by Sephora.
They serve waffles (chocolate, green tea, etc..) and a wide selection of teas and smoothies. I think to add tapioca pearls, it's only 75 cents more. This is such a cute little, different place to hang out with friends after school. There's like two little tables inside where you can sip your tapioca and chill. The staff are SUPER nice, and the atmosphere is overall great.
