This restaurant has excellent service. It's nice and clean and the service is the best. All of the food is delicious. I love the mango yogurt drinks. The Mango latte. The servers are prompt and curteous. The amount of food they give you is incredible. I can never eat it all. The dipping sauces are to die for. It's no more expensive than eating at say the Outback. All of the food is baked in clay ovens. They give women a single red roses when they leave. ( this is at dinner) They do have some kind of lunch buffet. I've never had it. It does sound good. The restrooms are the cleanest I've ever been in. You get a real handtowel to dry your hands. First class Indian Restaurant and Food. Just the most curteous service I've ever received anywhere.

We made a visit to a relatively new restaurant in suburban Amherst called “Wasabi”. Our local restaurant critic had awarded it high marks and always being on the lookout for good sushi/sashimi, since both Kuni’s and Tsunami have closed, we decided to see if the high marks were deserved.
We started out with an interesting variation on hot and sour soup prepared with a miso base and having shrimp, scallop tofu and mushrooms. It was excellent. We also had yakitori and a pepper tuna wasabi salad. Everything was very good.
I decided to try the Omakase for an entrée and my companions had an assortment of sushi and sashimi. The quality was excellent, the presentation very attractive and the quantity was outstanding. All in all, we sampled the eel, toro, tuna, octopus, white tuna, salmon, mackerel, yellowtail, flying fish roe, a couple of rolls – the lobster and the eel/avocado – and there wasn’t anything that I wouldn’t order again.
Adjacent tables had some good looking tempura which I want to try on my next visit. The menu is varied and extensive and the sushi bar looked very well stocked – exceptionally well actually.
Obviously, we’ll be back. So far, with the possible exception of Kuni’s Takeout, this is the best local sushi restaurant of which I am aware. And by local, I do not mean to include Canadian locations in Niagara Falls or Toronto.
Try it; you’ll really like it – if you like sushi and sashimi or Japanese cuisine.

Dr. Bob is a great eye doctor. I have been able to get my glasses done quickly and affordibly every time I've gone to this establishment. In fact one time my costume glasses for my Santa Claus outfit were broken. I walked right in and he saved Christmas. Put this business on your good list.

My wife and I live in Manhattan and have been practicing yoga for many years. My wife's family is from Buffalo, and when I began to visit her family with her starting about five years ago, I took it upon myself to investigate some yoga studios. Being from "the city", I have this horrible tendency when traveling of always think that nothing can compare to the high quality of services and goods in NYC. I discovered East Meets West Yoga on the web and decided to take a Vinyasa I/II class. I was amazed. The facilities are both esthetically and spiritualy pleasant. The quality of instruction is as good as the top studios in NYC. I feel that Sara is the best instructor, but I reccomend you shop around and see who suits you best..

being that my good personal friend dave cooper, who is a very good tattoo artist, works at express yourself... i decided to go there for an eyebrow piercing. i was very impressed that i didn't have to wait very long, i had previously had my eyebrow pierced, by dave, but took it out about three years ago for college- the girl that did my piercing was able to re- pierce my eyebrow in the same exact spot. there was some scar tissue but she handled it well and it looks the same as it used to. i am planning on getting my nose redone, and also getting a marilyn monroe piercing... i most certainly will go back to express yourself for both because i felt very comfortable due to how proffessional they conduct themselves. it will be soon that i go back for both of my other piercings... thanks so much to express yourself for being so caring and proffessional. i couldn't have asked for better treatment and i highly recommend that everyone considering any piercing go to express yourself to have it done.. even though i went there because my friend works there, i was well taken care of by his co-worker and will only go to them from now on...SERIOUSLY, i couldn't have asked for better, and i will be back for more... love you guys!!!

This is a very busy OB/GYN practice and amazingly people never seem to sit in the waiting room too long. I have never waited more than 2 minutes to be seen. The office staff and nurses are very friendly and efficient. Dr. Arnold is an exceptional OB/GYN doctor. She goes above and beyond and always made us feel comfortable and taken care of at the office and the hospital for the deliveries. We are so grateful to her for two healthy babies and being the professional, knowledgeable and wonderful person that she is.

I used their services last year when I had to move from my house to an apartment and had a tone loads of things to move in. They really lowered all my tensions by getting all the work on a weekday and without any work from my side. I had all my stuff moved out properly without any scratch to any of them. Their rates are good and their people treat you nice with great customer service. I would recommend their services to others.
