I lived in these apartments for 2 years. The first year was mediocre and I stayed a 2nd for the location. However, the management switched during the time I was there to newer management that have not done a good job. They messed up some paperwork in the switch and inappropriately tried to evict me. Also, they took over 2 weeks to fix a dryer, and replaced it with one that cost more (coin operated) to run. They charged us for more than 67% of are security deposit even though most of it was normal wear and tear. Also, they tried to charge a neighbor of mine over 4 times the security deposit for a pre-existing condition. Which was dropped after they realized they had no documentation. STAY AWAY. Instead of a sign that says 'beware of dog' it should say 'BEWARE OF SHARKS'
