I was Looking across all apartments in Buffalo area and i really liked these ones. They were close to many convenient places. They had huge apartments, decent rent and great community but when I made an appointment to see the apmt, the lady who was supposed to be there did not turn up. I was disappointed at that time, but still called and left a voice mail since I like the apartments. I didnt recieve a call back till a week and i decided to switch to another apartments.

I was looking to purchase a rental property last year. I contacted this company and they set me up with a nice realtor who showed me a ton of property. The property was in the areas I desired and was all in my desired price range. They never tried pushing me too hard and communicated well. I’m a big fan.

We had a wonderful Real estate agent. Her name is Sylvia Walczak. She was so very helpful in every way. She went out of her way to help us. She showed us so many homes in our price range and she found the perfect home for us. I highly recommend her. She will make sure that all your needs are met. Give her a try you wont be sorry

I lived in these apartments for 2 years. The first year was mediocre and I stayed a 2nd for the location. However, the management switched during the time I was there to newer management that have not done a good job. They messed up some paperwork in the switch and inappropriately tried to evict me. Also, they took over 2 weeks to fix a dryer, and replaced it with one that cost more (coin operated) to run. They charged us for more than 67% of are security deposit even though most of it was normal wear and tear. Also, they tried to charge a neighbor of mine over 4 times the security deposit for a pre-existing condition. Which was dropped after they realized they had no documentation. STAY AWAY. Instead of a sign that says 'beware of dog' it should say 'BEWARE OF SHARKS'
