Recently had my car inspected at this location. I feel like they tried to jerk me around. The estimate to get my car to pass a NYS inspection was ridiculous! I believe they were rushing and not taking the time an honest mechanic would. For example: One of my brakes was not working properly. They wanted to replace the rotor, caliper and pads. The quote was just over $700. With a little investigating on my own part I realized the only thing wrong was the break pad mount. The whole thing cost me $103. That is a big difference!! Also, they actually missed two things on my car that another mechanic caught while inspecting it, which again reaffirms the rush job. A minor problem I had before I brought my car here is now a major problem! I used to add 1/2 bottle power steering fluid a week. Now it takes less than a day to drain 2 bottles. (coincidence?) And when they deny an inspection they must enter the reason into a computer. They entered the wrong info so now I can only go back to them to get the work done, bc they won't change it. I will never refer anybody to this shop.

I bought a new set of tires here for my truck- They had great prices and sold me on the extended hazard like warranty. Not too long ago I ran into a curb and blew my tire out-- I was able to replace that tire for a small fee- due to having the hazard warranty on these tires. People are great to work with also. I have recommended this tire place to many others. I have never had an repair work done here--- just new tires.

most time they show you a quote after they check your car. They only charge a small fee for checking your car, if you do want to have problem fix there. Sometime they charge nothing if it's a quick check. They are fair and do great work for you. They are very friendly people. They really take care of their customers.

I have found that some newer members of the sales staff at the Millersort location are more interested in beefing up their commission than in performing necessary repairs. I was told that I needed brake rotors and pads for my 2002 Explorer which had only 24000 miles.I asked how long I had until they were completely gone and was told "less than 500 miles". I checked them myself and the rotors looked new and the pads were less thank 1/2 worn. Today I took my vehicle to a Ford dealer for inspection and the brakes are fine. I never had this type of problem with Noel or Dave.
