I took my elderly mother to Buena Park Nissan to look for a new altima. We had no intention to buy that day. We really got some great service so we decided to get some prices before we left. They made us a great deal up front without all the haggle so we decided to buy. They got us in and out quickly and it was a great experience. I recommend them to anyone looking for a Nissan

The internet sales man found the car we wanted, the only one in SoCal. We asked if they could deliver to us, since we live pretty far away. They wouldn't do that. So we took time off of work, drove to BP Nissan. Checked the car out and drove it, everything seemed fine. We were in a hurry to get back to work, so the finance guy took his time, just to irratate us. Finnally got out of there, and when we came home and checked the car out better, it had two small dents on it. ( Brand New Car ). So called to sales guy, see it they could send a mobil dent puller to come fix the car. Nope, their guys don't go that far. Have to come back. So we had a mobil guy come to our work, fix the dents and sent them the bill for $200. Boy, they didn't like that! So told them to figure out what their guys would charge to fix the two small dents, and send the check for that. Nope, they don't want to pay for fixing the car. It's a brand new car, and they can't even keep the customer happy with paying for the dents to be fixed that should have never have been on the car. What a bunch of cheepskates they are. Not very accomadating to the customer!!

Don't shop there, ever. I resigned after they celebrated underpaying a customer $4,000 for thier trade in, and making bank on the car they sold between the f&I guy and the sales manager.
The customers needs are not met what so ever. The sales meetings I went to definitely reflected that. They don't care who or what your situation is, they are going to charge you as much as possible.
Also horribly racist, if your Asian, or African American, the sales staff WILL ignore you. Asians are said to be impossible to make money off of and are never profitable for the sales guy. African americans were alot worse, one of the sales guys just said you cant finance a car with food stamps. Hearing that just made me absolutely sick! so I quit. Test the theory out sometime if you don't believe me!
If you bought a car from me, you know who I am, I always warned you where the sales manager was going to be cheating you, and what to look out for, or I'd tell you to just not buy from this dealership.

They had us sign a contract electronically then added additional $1200.00 of additional charges after. This was after we told them we did want any addional options! When my husband went back to complain they lied to him again and told him it was in the base price!
Be very careful when dealing with company! Make sure you review your contract very carefully before driving off this lot! I will never do business with them again and neither should you!

I will never stepanother foot in this place, dealt with with salesman they both lied out of their teeth, was told by the first salesman that i wouldnt have to give anything down, secind said the bank was asking for $3000 down, and payments almost $500 bucks a month for 2004 Honda accord. i walked out and went acroos the street to Honda drove out with a 2008 honda fit. with as little as $700 down and $289 monthly payments.

I will never go back to this dealer. I have a 1999 Nissan Quest. One time they did the brakes and when I got home most of the fluid ran out and they had to tow the car back to their repair shop.... More
I will never go back to this dealer. I have a 1999 Nissan Quest. One time they did the brakes and when I got home most of the fluid ran out and they had to tow the car back to their repair shop.
Then the next time I needed brakes they over charged me by $100 dollars. This was $100 more than the other Nissan Dealers repair would cost. They did refund the money but only after I complained and called many dealers about the price.
Know the cost of repairs before you go in!!
