I have my 2009 Accord purchase at Buena Park Honda. Everyone are very nice, their price are the best in town. Before I went to Buena Park Honda, I shopped over five dealership for comparing price. Only at Buena Park Honda, I can save more than three thousand dollars. There are no accersories pre-installed in the car which like most other dealship force you to get them with the car. Especially thanks for the Finance Manager James Pak, He finished my paper work within half hour which I heard usually two or more hours. Over all experience at Buena Park Honda are great.

I purchased a 06 civic dx from this dealership early this month only to discover that the bank would not work with me on this particular vehicle because its value was less than the 05 civic ex they were placing me into, and the bank was merely looking out for my best interest. After consulting with my banker I made the final decision on the switch to the 05 civic EX that had over 50k miles on it and a body style I disliked with a warranty that'set to expire at 60k (wow!). James Pak, who assisted me in the transition was not at all the person I wanted to sit down and finalize the sales contract with. He came off as being a rude individual. He made me feel that I was there wasting his time when he stood and left while I was still deciding on what I should do about the switch he snidely replied I'll let you guys decide because I've got a lot of other important things to do. Whenever he spoke to me his eyes were constantly blinking and rolling as if I didn't know a thing about purchasing cars when this was actually my third car-buying experience. Before I had begun signing papers in his office, I also mentioned to him (as well as the salesperson, Sean Kim) that the brakes were worn out on the 05 Civic and I expressed a deep concern and explained that I will be using this car to transport my six year old daughter and five year old nephew to and from school everyday , but James Pak looked at me blankly, gave me the impression he didn't care about my family's well being and that he cared more about this car being sold. He made me feel his time was more precious and that he just wanted to expedite signing of the papers so he can go home. He firmly insisted that there was nothing wrong with the car and he told me that cars all have a different feel. My cousin who was with me while test driving this vehicle noticed that Sean had to pull the brakes up when I

This dealership originally was located in Fullerton, CA. I took my car there for service at one time and was never satisfied. When they moved to Buena Park, I gave it another try, and service was still very poor. I usually take my Honda cars to Honda World in Westminster for service where I bought all my five Honda cars from them, even though it's a 10-mile drive. Buena Park Honda is just one mile from my residence.
Recently, I responded to Buena Park Honda's marketing 'flyers' and called them from my cell phone to set an appointment. I dialed the phone number that was listed on the flyer (1-888 number). When I checked in for my appointment service, the phone number I provided was, as usual, my home phone number. I never gave my cell phone number to Buena Park Honda. But very soon after that service, I got phone calls from a 1-888 number solicitating business from me on behalf of Buena Park Honda. They did not ask for my name in particular, but was apparent that they used my cell phone number that showed up on their caller ID when I called to set up a service. This is a very disturbing business practice by this dealership. They don't respect your privacy. They never asked your permission if they can call you. And they did not call my home phone number that I provided them (we screened phone calls to our home number). The private cell phone number was never intended as a recipient of their marketing and solicitation activities. I did not want them to call my celll phone number that was why I never gave that number to them. This dealership will do anything to get your money, including selling your private information to other companies.
I would never go back to this dealership again. Never. I do not trust this dealership. It's sad because this incident came at the time that I was beginning to give my business to them. Now they blew it. So take your business elsewhere.

Purchased a brand-new 2007 $40,000+ Honda here. Have owned 2 other Honda's from other dealerships.
My complaints outlined below include several months of post-purchase experience with this dealership.
One of their 'best', according to the manager, salespeople gave incorrect information about key features of the car, i.e. salesperson didn't know the product.
Was not informed about a $1000 option that was added on, until financing papers were being signed. I feel this is some kind of commercial code violation?, but never investigated further.
Person in charge of Customer Satisfaction promised to 'make everything right', ended up getting a 'free' oil change. Wow, a $20 value.
Was over-quoted, compared to 2 other local dealerships, hundreds of dollars on an extended warranty package.
Parts department did not have factory accessory in stock, while 2 other local dealerships did.
Apparently Honda dealerships are allowed to set their own prices on parts and accessories. This dealership consistently quoted higher prices than nearby dealerships.
Service department consistently underestimates the length of time for repairs. Work was significantly delayed on several occasions.

I found this dealer through an internet quote service. George Roman called me and asked what other quotes I had received for the car I wanted. I told him the best quote I'd received and he said he would match it. I asked whether he had the particular color I wanted and he said he did. I verified that he would give me that price for that car and that he had the car on the lot. I then drove an HOUR to his location. Upon arrival he showed me the car, it was indeed the color & trimline I wanted.
We sat down to do the paperwork, but suddenly the price had been inflated by over $1000 with accessories. He had not mentioned any accessories on the phone. I did not want any of the accessories. But he would not remove them.
I ended up wasting two hours and driving 80 miles for a classic Fargo accessories scam. This dealer is not honest.
PROS:
CONS: Tried to sell accessories I did not want.

I took my Honda Civic (1999) for a service check. For the cost of my oil change, they also steam cleaned my engine because I had mentioned a musty odor that i couldn't get rid of. No more odor! I never would have known! They also tightened my front bumper that jiggled loose over time. It runs like new...almost too good to be true!
PROS: Extra attention and service!
CONS: None to report

I would never buy a car from Buena Park Honda again. I bought my 2002 Honda Accord from them and when I did, they promised to mail me a booklet with 6 free car details and free oil changes. What I got was a cheap booklet with 6 free CAR WASHES (which are free with any service anyways) and the only way to get every other oil change for free was to pay for an expensive service beforehand. They are a bunch of unscrupulous sharks. Plus, they take forever to get anything done on your car in the service department.
