Good: What I liked the most was their service and friendly staff. They have a no pressure policy and let us make our own choices unlike other dealers that make you buy loads of unnecessary crap in order to get the price they promised you, Buena Park Honda sticks to their promise and delivers.... Bad: nothing at all... Improvements: Keep up the good job and take care of your great team... Other: Great place to shop for a car highly recommended.. more

Best Honda Dealership! 1/16/2006

Buena Park Honda is the best. I recently bought my 16yr old son a honda from here. Let me tell you that they had the selection within my price range! Service here is incredible. They don't treat you like a "commission"... They treat you like a "person"... Thank you Buena Park Honda! more

Rip off 6/22/2005

I bought my Honda Accord here a few years ago and beware. While I did not overpay for my car (nor did I get a good deal), they totally lied about a coupon book they would mail to me. In it, they said would be these expensive free detailed car wash coupons and I'd get every other oil change free. When I finally get the book in the mail, all it has is a few free car washes - which are free anyways with any service there - and while every other oil change is free, you have to pay for an intermediate or major service beforehand, thus paying $100-250 to get a free $30 oil change. Whenever I do get a service here, which is rarely, it takes forever. Stay away! more
