I went in for a refill on my gel/acrylic nails. I had cherry red nail polish under the gel. I tried to explain what the nail salon I usually go to had done. I sat down and a 15 year old girl poorly attempts to lightly file away~ I have the gel applied over the nail polish and it lasts beautifully until my next visit. The girl didn't understand any English. I finally, after 15 minutes of sitting there watching her lightly file the gel, demanded that another nail technician that spoke English do my nails. When the older woman came...It was sooo much easier to explain...and she was able to then remove the gel overlay and file away the red polish. I spent an hour and a half for a refill because this nail salon has no communication, too busy trying to upsell different services than the one you come in for,, ie- massages, nail designs and pedicures... unless I'm in dire need of a quick crappy manicure... I will never go there again...CATTLE HERD! :( DONT GO!!!
