Empire Paging is known on 8th avenue for its reputation. Unlike other sheepish cell phone shops or booths, Empire Paging is trustworthy and reliable. Also, their deals are great and better than other shops. I have opened many phone lines with them and have gotten all my rebates back. They also give you a free car charger, phone clip and accessories. Their customer service is also great and are fluent in English and Chinese.

This is a good place to get cellphone service. It's been around for over 10 years, you can tell by it's name. It has a good reputation and great deals.
Currently they are offering the Motorola Razr for $40 with a $40 rebate after six months. This is an automatic rebate so you don't have to do anything. This might not be as good as the other deal I posted, but this store looks a lot more professional for those who are worried about appearances.
