Service was very professional and friendly! The technician showed up exactly on time and explained everything. He had to spend several hours fixing my broken washer and dryer but the service fee was still based on very reasonable flat rates just as he promised over the phone. No surprises! I would definitely use Superior Appliance Repair again and would feel confident in recommending the company to friends and family. more

Washer fixed!!! 6/9/2013

If this company was able to fix my broken Bosch washing machine, they can no doubt fix anything else. My washer wasn't working for more than a month, and other companies said that i would need to just buy a new washer! Till I called Superior Appliance, and they fixed it, I have no doubt that they can help you with any type of appliance repair. more

superior is highly recommended 6/22/2011

i live in park slope, new york. i thought I have to drop a couple of nice words in regards to superior Appliance Repair service, that fixed my frigidaire laundry washing machine yesterday, I have used this service before (couple of years ago to be exact). They fixed my refrigerator then and it is still running perfectly. I was not disappointed this time either. The repairman, steve, came on time and was very efficient and friendly. It took him less than 30 min to fix my machine (luckily he had all parts in his van). Very good service. Fair price. Nice attitude. I highly recommend these guys! more

superior best in ny 3/31/2011

Oven Repair My General Electric oven gave me lots of headache lately. It would not bake. I looked up a local appliance repair service on the Net and chose superior appliance , because I liked their reviews. I sent them an e-mail first and promptly received an answer. A representative from the company followed up with the call and gave me an appointment next day. It was a bake ignite problem. The technician replaced the faulty ignite and I enjoy my baking ever since. Good quality service! more

My Whirlpool refrigerator I called Superior Appliance Repair when my Whirlpool refrigerator broke. The guy on the phone was very polite and he made an appointment for me at time convenient for me. I did not have to leave my work earlier and did not have to wait the whole day for repair man to show up. The repairman showed up on time and diagnosed the problem with my fridge very fast. Before he ordered the part he told me the estimated price, which was very affordable and fair. He ordered the part, and next day he was able to replace it. My fridge is working fine now. Fast and very professional attitude. more

Great Service, Great people to deal with 1/9/2011

My washing machine broke and I had no idea who could fix it. My husband searched the internet and found superior Appliance repair brooklyn ny. We scheduled an appointment for 10am. I thought he was going to show up late and make me wait around forever like A&E does, but I was WRONG! My doorbell rang at exactly 1PM! SUPERIOR APPLIANCE REPAIR TECH found out what the problem with my Maytag washer in only 15 minutes. He ordered the part and came back the next day to fix it. He did a fantastic job. I think my Maytag washer machine works better now than it did when it was brand new! I am very pleased with superior appliance repair work and I highly recommend him! u can call them @ 718-854-1600 more
