The Brooklyn Olive Garden is conveniently located just off the Belt Parkway, so if you don't live in Brooklyn you don't have to travel very far into the borough to dine here. Around 6:30 each evening an enormous crowd swells into the place, and you may have to wait a while to get a table. On the weekends, you better get there early.
The service at the bar is friendly but sometimes slow when they are busy. However, the table service is awful. Waiters disappear and are often rude. If you're lucky, you might get a manager to wait on you. The food lives up to the Olive Garden standard, so if you don't mind the wait and the unpredictable service, then I recommend it.
