I enjoy eating pizza at Di Fara's. It's very tasty and crispy. They make these pizzas that are very large and round with lots of sauce and cheese. I'm not too crazy about the wait time. It sometimes takes as long as an hour waiting for a pie but if you have time to kill it's worth the wait.

If pizza making is an art, Michelangelo works at DiFara. First the dough is gently spread out, then it gets a nice coat of the superb tomato sauce, followed by which it gets a heavy coat of three different types of cheeses, over which the toppings are placed, gets some olive oil sprinkled on it, then it is baked, removed from the oven, topped with more cheese, and served. The end result is worth the wait, and there is almost always a wait.

This little pizzeria run by Domenic DeMarco serves up the best pizza in all of NYC. Mr. DeMarco is an artist, the crust is simply fantastic, so thin, yet so tasty. The sauce is amazing. Watching him make the pizzas is quite entertaining too. He is a stubborn perfectionist, and the end result justifies it. The pizzas are incredibly delicious. With toppings ranging from traditional onions and peppers to sauteed artichoke, it's hard to choose. They don't deliver, but you can order take out or eat in, if you are lucky to find a spot. Be prepared to wait for the pizza, there's always going to be a crowd, but the pizza is worth the wait.

If you do not believe me, search for the name on Google. The owner has been at the present location for decades preparing these heavenly pizzas. The pizza here is so much different from the bready stuff that you get at the regular stores. The crust is thin and crisp. Be prepared for a long wait if you go in the evening, specially on the weekends. I haven't tasted better tasting pizza anywhere else.
