I am a Rite Aid-oholic. I shop there every day, and have done so for the past 5 years or so. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but often, the cashiers are slow as molasses and there aren't enough of them. Just yesterday, I stood on line for 13 minutes before it was my turn at the register, and there were only 2 people ahead of me. The store has great sales, though, and I have never had any problems using coupons. They also have a rebate program which is good, and you can do very well shopping if you combine sales, coupons, and rebates on items. PROS: great location, great hours, friendly, helpful staff, great sales CONS: shortage of cashiers
