I got married April 25th, 2009 at the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens. Franco and his staff incorporated the most beautiful elements of the garden into our wedding pictures. It was done artistically and gracefully. Our family was completely satisfied with the amount of labor, and the talent of the labor they provided. If you are looking to obtain lasting memories at any cost, then precious times is where you need to go. I mean, how can you put a price on your wedding memories?! Thanks for everything, Franco. And Laurie-- you were the most helpful of the entire staff. You were patient, your advice was always valued, and your friendly, polite attitude was just what we needed to de-stress. We love you! Daniela & Mirella. P.S. It is terribly unfair how people can post complete lies on this website. It's upsetting to know that precious times are being criticized for things that are fabricated and untrue. They deserve better than this. Grow up, people! Pros: Friendly people, professional and talented. Cons: The price is worth every penny.

Ever think a photog can't ruin your wedding day? Think again. Precious Times is one of the worst out there. They took horrible pictures, didn't even get a family photo or a sibling photo, and you need a magnifying glass to see a complete picture of the bridal party. My photgrapher came discheveled, with a dirty vest and a profuse sweating problem. Completely unprofessional. Their fees are outrageous and unjustified. There are much better places out there ladies - use them! Cons: Bad photography, bad attitudes, bad experience

i used precious times for my wedding..franco and his workers took over a thousand beautiful pictures...i priced around many photographers before we decided to go here...they were the only place who offered something different from everyone else...my album is out of this world...and i walked away satisfied...i thought the day we had to select proofs would be torture because i had so many pictues i wanted to inlclude in the album..but it wasnt...lori was patient and guided me through the whole process and made it much easier...and franco is a kind man who is dedicated to his job and only wants the best shots.... Pros: quality photos... Cons: none

I was completely shocked when I read two of the reviews!!! I have such an amazing experience with Preciaous Times. So much so that I used them for my daughter's baptism as well. I found Lory to be professional and patient at all times. My proof return took over 5 hours on not for a minute did she seem to mind. As far as Franco, he "shot" all my pictures at my house and "shot" as well as "directed" the other photographer assigned to my wedding. As far as money goes, I didn't find them to be pushy AT ALL! It's a business and they want to get paid for a job that was done! It's as simple as that!

I too am fed up with precious times. They are EXTREMELY proactive in collecting their money. They make many promises and tell you many things. However, once they have your money they do not deliver on any part of their deal. I spent a lot of money and have receieved extremely disappoining service and product. Their photographers are not artists but rather old men with cameras in their hands. You have to pay extra to have Franco "shoot" your pictures....but beware he doesn't actually "shoot" the pictures...he "directs" wich according to the Franco dictionary means the same thing as actually taking the pictures. Someone please call the publishers of Webster's dictionary and get their definition of shooting pictures ammended....Franco said "directs" Once you have held up your part of the deal(handing over CASH)....IRA please audit these people! then they take their PRECIOUS time delivering their end of the deal....I guess the name is pretty fitting. They have made my wedding a nightmare and have caused great stress and dissapointment. Their pictures are just that....pictures and not art.....anyone can shoot the c**p that they shot....off centered pictures, closed eyes, no acceptable portraits, and many uncaptured memories! DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE there are so many true photographers that are much better. Pros: none Cons: horrible service, follow up, product, and they are extremely arrogant

I had the good fortune to celebrate my daughters Bat Mitsvah at a Brooklyn Temple in October 2007. I found Precious Times through a recommendation from a co-worker. I priced several photographers in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Long Island. Precious Times gave me the most value for my money. Their price was right and their service was superb. Laura and Franco are extremely friendly and personable. It was a pleasure to deal with them. I was so satisfied I recommended them to friends who used them for their sons Bar Mitsvah in June 2008 and they were also extremely satisfied. My picture package along with the photo album came out beautiful. I had the good fortune again to celebrate my sons Bar Mitsvah in October 2008. Guess what. Yes, we used Precious Times again. If you want good value for your money, a photographer who is not overpriced and gives excellent customer service, then Precious Times is the way to go for a family celebration. Pros: Professional friendly service. Good value for you money. Cons: None

I can never recommend this photographer to anyone. They are very proactive about getting their money upfront before your wedding day, but when it comes to delivering on their part, they don.t. They lost some of my pictures and we had to call for over 2 months for them to get back to us. Everytime they promise to have someting for you at a certain time, be prepared to be disappointed.
