This pharmacy is the larger of the two pharmacies within walking distance of the Bedford L station in Williamsburg. Contrary to the other posts, this branch of the chain has a large section of greeting cards-- they've actually devoted an entire wall to them. They DO carry household items. About half of the isles are dedicated to things like animal food, toys, mirrors, etc. The pharmacists are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The best thing about Kings is that I can get a large size all natural bar of soap for $1.99, which Tops Grocery Store carries for $2.99 (Same exact item). The worst part is that they overprice certain items, especially their toothpaste.

I was so grateful to find this place open late when my son had a teething fever and I'd run out of infant tylenol. I was nowhere near a 24 hour pharmacy so I was so happy to find them open and in stock. While I was there I got a great deal on shampoo and toiletries and thus I became a loyal customer. The pharmacists are actually helpful too! I find that most chain stores are too busy or not interested in explaining a medication, side effects, etc to the customers. I felt really good shopping there and was able to make informed decisions about my prescription needs too!

For all your pharmacutical needs, i highly suggest you check out Kings Pharmacy. They have everything from your pills to cough drops. They provide excellent prices and their excellent sales associates will provide you with all the care needed to satisfy your needs. There is plenty of parking located in the area and there are plenty of buses which will take you to the area of the store. They even sell stamps and little household items which are very helpful. I do believe this is the best pharmacy in south brooklyn.

Usually when im in this pharmacy im picking up a perscription or getting a money order. The money orders take about a minute to print. Also, the store is open late so if I need to get medication past seven o'clock there is no probelm. They also have a good selection in medical supplies. They have numerous amounts of candy and great people who work there.

Decent prices, good selection, hot and helpful pharmacists. Just because the pharmacists are hot, don't assume that they don't know their pharmaceuticals, because they do. Ask them. Kings pharmacy is open early and late. The only thing that is really lacking is the greeting card selection. But if you need soap or shampoo or anything like that, they will have it, and have many choices of it, and it will be pretty cheap, too.
