Better than standard Thai fare (and really good sushi). Ate there on Saturday night, had no wait for a table. But once we got to our table we had to wait over 30 minutes for a waiter to appear to take our drink order - after we kept asking for our waiting for the past 20 minutes. Once they took our order though everything came our pretty quick, and the food was great.
Pros: Good food, good prices...
Cons: Bad service, a little bit like a giant factory...

I will say the food is good but I have been there 4 times and only once was the service good and that was when it was REALLY slow. They act like you are a big pain in the butt if you ask where your drinks are after you have been sitting there for 20 min. You will be lucky if your food comes out in order let alone together. I have NEVER been to a place where they just do not care about the service at all. It's a shame because the food is good, but after this last time (They forgot a order and then got rude when we asked about it) I don't see myself going again.

I will start off with a positive... the food is tasty. but that's it. After waiting for 20 minutes for our drinks when we sat down, we then ordered our food. We finally get our appetizers, begin eating and two of the five entrees come out 5 minutes after the appetizers. The table is not overcrowded with food and two people's entree's are getting cold. We finish the appetizers, about 15 minutes later, and then the other 3 entrees come out. When we asked to speak to a manger we were told that there was no manager or anyone in charge on site.. keep in mind this is a saturday night around 9pm(prime dining time)...Shocked we started talking to the hostess hoping she would offer some sort of condolences for our poor service and she said "What do you want me to do". Needless to say, they did not care about our crappy service so I do not care to eat there again.. there are plenty of other places in that area that actually care about their customers.
Pros: cool location
Cons: poor customer service...

I have been coming to this place for a few years now and I will never go back again!!! The last time I went it was pretty bad but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and went back with friends last week. It was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had!! The service was unreasonably horrendous!!! When we started to complain, they could care less!! They said that there was NO MANAGER or anyone in charge that we could talk to. The waitress did not even acknowledge that we were unhappy!! Save yourself the aggravation, IF YOU WISH TO ENJOY YOUR NIGHT DON?T GO HERE! ... plenty of other good restaurants in town!!
Pros: Not having to go back there!
Cons: everything

Been here 3 times and it has been tasty and cheap every time. Great atmosphere. They have a really neat boat turned fountain hanging in the front room. They've got a really good menu with cheap food and drink options. Among the top 3 Thai restaurants I've eaten in all of Manhattan/Brooklyn/Queens. Going back tonight.
Pros: great value
Cons: none really

HANDS DOWN, the worst service ever. Empty restaurant on a Tuesday night, the brilliant hostess sat us under a canoe by a tank of bacteria filled water. Not only were our voices fighting the flowing water, the loud alternative rock - courtesy of our Stuck-in-the-90s bartender - was blasting. Now the waitress was something else. Gave us no attention. In fact, looked past us. Never returned to our table after taking our order. She stood at the bar staring at her notepad, probably floored by her ability to be a raging " ". Unbelievable. Finally, I got up to ask for the check only to be pawned off to another waiter who threw me the bill and said "Here". There, you decide if you want to go to PlanetThaiCrap.
Pros: leaving
Cons: being there

I agree with many of the reviewers who say this place has gone downhill a bit with the gentrification of Williamsburg. (Oh, the horror.) One must take the good with the bad I suppose, and nothing compares to the horror of the L train. I digress. Do stick with basic dishes. For the money, you will get a good meal. Do NOT expect fabulous service. It's just not happening. They will bring you your food and your check and that's about it. Still, I always enjoy the food.
Pros: Good value, predictable
Cons: Loud
