I visited this theater for the first time today with my kids to escape the heat. It's a small theater, but nicer inside than I thought it would be. It seemed to be very clean, and had a nice concession stand. The bathrooms were clean, but I couldn't find a changing table in the ladies room. The actual theater where we saw the movie looked clean, but it was rather small. The seats were comfortable though. I was disappointed because the movie appeared somewhat blurry on the screen. I know it's the theater and not the movie because I saw the same movie in Sheepshead Bay and it was clear as a bell. Because of that, I don't know if I would go back. Maybe if the kids really want to see a movie and I don't have the car that day, because I live near this theater. It's also very convenient because it's located inside Kings Plaza, so you can shop and then go see a movie.

Astroland is a place i will remember for life, my dad took me there every weekend he picked me up from moms house. since my father passed away, he took the place with him... think about peoples feeling before writing something thats not true, keep ur comments to ur self. a$$h0le!

Every summer when the weather turns warm I pack the family and take them to the Amusement Park in Coney Island. The kids always love it and the beach is nearby. I personally love riding the Cyclone. My kids love the tilt a wheel and anything that spins really fast. There's even a kiddie section for tots. A word of caution. Avoid the overpriced food and bring sandwiches and water bottles from home.

I would always go here as a kid. Famous for the Cyclone which is a pretty old rollercoaster. What makes the ride scary is that i could break down any second. Located conveniently next to Nathan's so you can get some good hotdogs after a fun day at the amusement park. Very crowded on holidays, especially father's day.

They have rides for both adults and children and games where you can win all sorts of things. They even offer video games and all types of electronic coin games. There is plenty of parking, both paid and street and the prices are very affordable. You can even catch a cyclone game if your in the area.

This is a very nice studio where they teach ballroom dancing. The instructors are very knowledgeable in their field. They show the foot work and the proper technique of the steps in a superb manner. They keep the people they are instructing interested. They are able to catch the steps, learn them and master the dances. Very elegant yet sexy stuff.

It is loud down there because they always have a DJ playing live. If you need any hip hop record ever made, especially on wax, this is the place to go.

The Benshimon one man band is an outstanding piece of work. Mr. Benshimon can play a wedding by himself, and you would be pressed to convince yourself that your eyes are seeing the truth -- that it truly is ONE MAN, and not a 7 piece band. Mr. Benshimon can play music that caters to whatever your taste is, and he runs the show amazingly. I had him play at my wedding and now I can't stop recommending him to all of my friends. The people who attended my wedding are already hiring him out for their!

Going to BAM is an amazing opportunity to see a performance or film in an amazing theatre. It's easily accessible by train and they all different kinds of movies play there--although many are lower-budget indies. Music and dance performances also! I would select it versus going to a national chain theatre because it is local and unique in its mission.

I love the botanical garden, because it takes u away from the concrete jungle of BROOKLYN..its soothing, romantic array of organic flowers are absolutely breathtaking. I love goin to the garden on the weekends with my fiance' and our children...because they get to pick the type of flowers they want to take home and plant in our own garden. I would recommend anyone go just for a romantic outing or just to get some solitude. Its also PERFECT for weddings
