I looked in the yellow pages for a carpet cleaner and saw about 20 different ads for carpet cleaners. i was confused about who to call so i called some and got estimates for my sectional couch, chair and ottoman to be cleaned. They all wanted to charge me in the range of $1000.00 to clean these items. When I called a&b carpet they gave me less than a half of the price everyone else was charging me so I went with them. They cleaned all of the items, this took about 2 hours or so. I paid them and they went on their way. About a week later a representative called me and asked how the service was, I said it was very good, she said that the next time I get any service with them they would clean my chair and ottoman again for no charge. I was so surprised of this. I just called them to have my rug cleaned and sure enough they cleaned my chair and ottoman and did not charge me. This I have to say is the best customer service I have seen yet. So thanks a&b carpet, you have my business. Mrs. Sanchez Pros: good price, nice staff

Over the past few days I called several carpet cleaning companies to clean my bedroom and living room carpet, everyone that came over wanted to charge almost as much as I paid for 1 room of new carpet and would not guarantee anything. I then called A&B Carpet & Rug Cleaning, Miki came over to give me an estimate, to my surprise the price was much, much lower than anyone elses and he told me what he guaranteed and what he didnt. Anyway he cleaned my carpets and got almost all of stains but 1 which I knew would never come out. The carpets look great thanks to Miki and A&B Carpet & Rug Cleaning. Thanks Pros: good prices Cons: were there about 20 minutes too early

My floors needed a major rip and new installation of new wood flooring. I called A&B Carpet and a few other companies for an estimate. Everyone but A&B Carpet wanted a deposit for the service before I even agreed to the service. When I spoke to Miki at A&B Carpet about giving him a deposit he was surprised. To make a long story short I had my wood floors done by A&B Carpet and they really look good (they even mopped and cleaned up when they were done) I am a happy customer. I was going through some personal issues and the last thing I needed was a problem with a carpet cleaner (I've heard horror stories) A&B Carpet did such a good job, they were so professional with the way they handled the whole job. I was in need of some vertical blinds in my home but did not know where to go. Someone told me to go to google. and search there so I did. A&B Carpet came up on google and I called them, they come over to show me some samples and get a price. I called another place, they told me each window would run me from $700.00-$2,000.00 depending on the price, I was surprised so I took a chance on A&B Carpet. They came over and brought me about 50 different samples of verticals. I finally chose a nice color, when Jose gave me the price I asked if he was sure because it was so low, he said it was. I placed the order right away and got my blinds installed about 2 weeks later. I LOVE my new blinds; they make the house look so bright and nice. Thanks a lot for all your help A&B Carpet. I called up A&B Carpet Cleaning Inc. to have my carpets in my living room and bedroom cleaned because my in-laws were coming in from out of town. I needed the carpets cleaned they same day and didn’t know who could get here that quickly. When I called and spoke to Sarah she assured me that the cleaning crew would arrive in about 2 hours, they arrived about an hour and a half later, cleaned the carpet, moved all the furniture and even put some protectors for the bottoms of my all of my furniture legs. The price was really fair and the carpets look great. I just wanted to thank they entire crew at A&B Carpet Cleaning for the efficient job they did. I will call you for more service. I never had my couch cleaned before and I thought it was time to do so. I spoke to a representative at A&B Carpet Cleaning Inc. and asked them how much it would be to clean my couch. The first thing they asked me was, when the last time I had it cleaned and then they asked if I would be interested in Organic Cleaning. Honestly, I didn’t know the difference, so they came to mu house and allowed me to smell the different cleaning products they had, they all smelled ok but the Organic Cleaning stuff they had smelled like an aloe plant ( I went with that one) They proceeded to clean my couch (took about 1 hour) the couch is so freaking clean I never thought it would get that way and best thing is that there is no odor from chemicals just a light aloe smell which actually faded in about 24 hours. Bottom line, they did a good job and everything they said they would do, they did. I am very happy with the service A&B Carpet Cleaning Inc. offered; I will most definitely use them again. The same thing that happened to "onefortheroad" happened to me! I called last night and told a very nice woman that I had a really nice 4'x6'- foot rug (Oriental, very thick), and she quoted me a ballpark of $95 (plus extra for the fringeing I thought I might want), and said they could come this morning for an estimate. Then when the two guys got here (15 minutes late, making me late for work), they called "Sarah" in the office, gave her no info other than the size, and suddenly the estimate was $125 for the cleaning alone! I said no way, and the two guys REALLY didn't want to leave, kept trying to convince me that I "wouldn't be happy with" the $95 job, because my rug is cream-colored. Huh? Steer clear!!!!!!!

I have an office on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and my boss asked me to call 5 carpet cleaners to give us an estimate on our office space for cleaning. When I had the other carpet cleaners come out they ALL guaranteed that all the stains would come out, I knew that wasn’t possible when there was coffee, juice and food stains that had been there for about a year, I then dismissed them. When I initially called A&B Carpet Cleaning Inc. the gentleman that came over specifically told me that they could not guarantee all the stains to come out. I was impressed by the honesty and hired them. They came the following week and cleaned the carpets. The carpets look great (only 1 stain did not come out). Use A&B Carpet Cleaning Inc. if you want an honest and good carpet cleaning service. Pros: Price Was Great Cons: They Were About 20 Minutes Early
