This bookstore is small, but charming. The owners work in the store and are always willing to assist you in finding books that you need. They can order anything that they don't have ins tock. It's a great place to go to pick up books for your kids such as high school test prep studey guides. It's also a great place to find the latest Oprah bookclub book. Stop in and see for yourself.

This place is a booklover's dream! They have all great selections on poetry that you can't find elsewhere. They also special in fiction and children's books. They even have some international books for non-English readers. I especially love the comfy couches where you can sit down with a book or magazine and read. It's much pleasanter than the noisy B&N cafes. I've heard some complain about the prices, but I haven't had a problem. I think the books are appropriately priced.

The Bay Ridge Bookstore may be small in size, but don't be fooled. The staff is very knowledgeable about books, and will gladly check to see if a book is in print, or when a book will be released. Also, a truly great feature, is the fact that they will gladly order any book you wish, if it is in print, with very little wait time. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and their books are always in first rate condition.
