This place is fantastic. I've been looking for a solid neighborhood salon for some time and I finally found it! I love coming here. Everyone is super friendly and very good at what they do. Lisa was my stylist and she gave me a stylish cut and did a fantastic job. My hair still looks great. I have never been disappointed by my haircuts and I have recommended this place to two of my very picky friends and everyone be now obsessed.

I have finally found a salon and a colorist that I want to go back to. Everyone who works there is so nice and the place has great energy. Many of the stylists & colorists working at Faces salon and spa but I choose to see Lisa & Jennifer. Lisa is absolutely the best!!!!!!! She is talented as she is gorgeous She really listens to what you want and talks to you throughout the haircut to make sure you get exactly what you want. Jennifer..... she is amazing. She made me feel so relaxed that I actually forgot that I was having my color done. I am so happy with my new hair color and I can?t wait to go back for a hair cut and deep conditioning treatment. The atmosphere at the salon is very friendly and non pretentious and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a high end experience with a low key attitude.

I'm generally not used to different people doing my coloring and my haircut, but I can understand that if the person who colors your hair is specialized. I got an appointment without an issue and asked for Lisa seeing as there has been good feedback posted. She seemed attentive and listened to my request. I have a situation where I have a lot of hair, I mean A LOOOT. Its heavy, its long, it falls out in clutches because of the weight. I wanted to grow it out, but understood that that will be impossible without getting the thickness out of it. Long story short, after my hair has been cut and dried I still have a LOT of hair. I'm certain she is very knowledgeable, but when someone asks you to go ahead and chop away in heavy layers, I'd be more than happy. Usually this is done in sections working their way from up top to the bottom, but I understand everyone has their own style, I only care for the end result. I looked in the mirror standing sideways after and could see the layers, but they seemed only at the top portion of my hair. The bottom was still very much thick. All I needed was to cut INTO the hair and make noticeable layers, but all I got was shorter hair and topical layers. Maybe its just my hair, but obviously this place is not for me. Now off to wait another 6 months to have my hair grow out to the same length it was before.... Cons: Inexperienced hands

After doing my search and trying to find the best place to get a haircut I finally found it. I've tried many different salons, but this salon has the best service in the city. Faces Salon provide great customer service and make you feel extremely comfortable. The staff here is really friendly and talented. The Salon has great services, and a nice vibe inside. Princess does my hair and she is amazing. I've been with her for a long time. Princess really takes her time with you and gives your hair a lot of attention. She's not only just really skilled at helping shape the best look for you she is also a great conversationalist. I highly recommended Princess and Faces you want to look good!!!!

I live in the neighborhood and figured I should at least try our only salon. I have to say I was pleased! The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff was kind and warm. Princess......... she also gave me excellent hair advice that has allowed me to maintain styling it on my own. It still looks great. I have to say it is refreshing to have some talent in Brooklyn.

If someone can't stay 30 extra minutes to provide a service, then I don't want to give them my business. The woman who answered was pretty rude about it too. No thanks! I found this great salon on city search, it had great reviews so i gave it a try! GREAT CHOICE!!! I Particularly recommend to get your color done with JENNIFER, my color never ever looked so great! She took her time examining my hair really well, and not rushing through the whole consultation as am used to it being done in NY. My color came out perfect: beautiful and shiny! !!!! LOVE IT ! LOVE IT!!! LOVE IT!!! I was very loyal to my previous colorist and had only walked in to get a blow-dry, but JENNIFER made me feel so comfortable that i decided to give her a try with my color, and im really glad i did!! I?m definitely coming back to her!!!

I have long blonde hair and have to touch up my highlights every three months or so. After a long search for best-rated highlight salons, Faces salon came up as a favorite. I have to say that the service I received at this salon was like no other. Everyone was soooo friendly and I did not feel intimidated. My highlights were blended beautifully. My hair never looked and felt so good. I read the previous review and would have to totally disagree with this person. I would definitely recommend this for any blonde girl, who likes fine highlights. Pros: Friendly, Works with you for best results, Relaxing music, Peaceful experience
