Hi we rented a 12 seater Van with image rent a car . To start with Josh gave us a very competitive quote for a 9 day trip from JFK AIRPORT NEW YORK . This was followed up by some excellent customer service by HERB at the Doubletree Hotel [Pickup point for the Large person carrier Van] After smoothly processing require documentation --herb took us through some basic controls as I'd just landed from U.K..We were then provided with an excellent vehicle which gave us no trouble for the 9 days we had it . Herb after finding out that we were a big group even offered a larger 15 seater van. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and after dropping it off ,as our hotel was less about a 1/2 mile away --Herb even gave us a drop . The whole process was very smooth .We clocked 2000 miles in 9 days and never once did we have a problem. My wife and I are both doctors in England and this was our first adventure in terms of driving a VAN on the left side of the road . I have always owned my own vehicle and have never had a reason to rent one, until this past March. My niece was getting married in North Carolina and all the relatives from Long Island wanted to go. The thought of 7 cars following each other for 12 plus hours, was not something any of us were looking forward to. A friend of mine who works at a local college suggested Image Rent A Car. The college has rented 12 and 15 Passenger Vans from Image for their sports teams for years and have always been very happy with their service. One quick call was all it took to reserve two 15 Passenger Vans. We picked up the vans at the Uniondale Marriott Hotel, which is located next to the Nassau Coliseum. Both vans were ready when we arrived,and the staff was pleasant and very helpful in answering all of our questions. The vans were 2007's with low mileage and a full tank of gas, they were also spotless inside and out. Image sure does live up to it's name. My rental expierence was both postive and pleasurable and I would definitely use their services again and reccomend Image Rent A Car to all of my friends

Image makes it so easy and quick to get in a car and on your way it's almost a joy. I just used Image for the first time in 5 years and their customer service has improved quite a bit. The two customer representatives I encountered were some of the nicest people I've met in the service industry. The lady at the return location even came from behind the counter to hand me the receipt. Now that's certainly above and beyond !

This was my first experience with Image Car Rentals. I have always found them to be a little more expensive, but the excellent service and the personal touch, the brand new cars and great selections of economy cars, vans and luxury cars make the experience welcoming and worth it !. I will definitely recommend my friend to use Image Car Rentals.it's easy getting there from Park Slope, just across Prospect Park. Take the #2 train, stops 1 block away on Sterling st. more locations in JFK Airport, Newark Airport, Uniondale NY, and Florida Miami

I work for a production company based in New York, my job in the company is to provide vehicles for movies, television shows, commercials and print advertisements. I have used several companies in New York to get the vehicles required for different projects. When the need is for a Luxury or Exotic Vehicle my first call is always Image Rent A Car. They always go out of there way to make sure the car we need is available for us. We have primarily worked with a wonderful girl over there named Ann who is the location manager. She is always more then helpful with us and if she does not carry the car we need she has always been able to arrange what i do need or get me something similar. On one occasion we needed a certain car for a high profile client to use during filming of one of his recent movies in NYC. Image did not carry the vehicle he wanted so what did they do? They went out and bought the car and got it in the color he wanted with all the options he was asking for. I have to say they are wonderful and have always gone above and beyond when doing there job and helping me with mine.

I would like to send a special thank you to the people at Image Rent A Car in Brooklyn, NY. I went in to rent a minivan to take a trip to South Carolina, when we arrived at the rental office I noticed a very large and nice conversion van. While inside the office I asked the girl at the counter if it would be possible to change my reservation to get the big van. I have to say I was so glad we made the change, the van had a plasma TV, a dvd player, GPS, and the back even folded into a bed. The drive to South Carolina was so much better since the kids in the back could watch there movies the whole way (thank god for the wireless headphones, we didn't have to listen to Sponge bob the whole way there). Only thing missing in that van was a kitchen sink and a microwave. I know next year when we have our next family reunion we will back at Image to get another conversion van.

On February 22nd I flew into Newark airport, a rental agent from Image Rent A Car was waiting for us on the curb at passenger pick up with our van. We had reserved a 15 passenger van with one of there portable GPS Tom Tom units. The van looked brand new, was very clean, and the agent waiting for us even helped load our luggage. I have to say this level of service is far and beyond better than any I have ever gotten from any other company. Getting us all onto a shuttle bus with all of our luggage, unloading it all to just re-load into the van we are renting is not something I think would be at all enjoyable. I was very pleased with the tremendously high level of service we received from Image. I just wish the companys at home provided the same level of service.
