I've been a customer here for most of my automotive needs. This is the first time I've gone to them for an inspection and they saw nothing wrong with RIPPING ME OFF. They twisted my arm into buying new windshield wipers for $115 (one top of the $37) by threatening to fail me for them. I would have been alright with the condition if it was a reasonable price, but this was my ONLY option. $115 for wipers?! Going to a BMW dealer would have been cheaper! They really know how to lose customers here. NEVER COMING HERE FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN. That is just bad business. It's not the money that bothered me, it was the fact that they're blatantly squeezing every dollar out of me. In these times, that $115 could have gone towards better things. To the guys at Whiteys, Ive been doing bussiness with these guys for almost thirty five years,and so has every member of my family.I have tires purchased from them on the car i drive now and on every car i have driven in my life. They make sure to satisfy who ever drives up. They are courteous, friendly ,FAST, and generous to the community. My good friend and partner operates a collision shop in the area and only uses Whiteys as his supplier.Not only are his prices great, but he tells me after twenty years of his association with these guys and many other tire suppliers,he says if he had to pay more for thier tires he would ,because the grade of service, personality, and friendly neiborhood feeling they show to all. Pros: ,Value, Courteous service, and good old neiborhood feeling.!! Cons: WISH THERE WERE MORE GUYS LIKE THEM!!!!

Avoid this installer at all costs. The owner Butch Auroro(sp?) is the most beligerant, discourteous, foul mouthed, non customer focused individual I have ever encountered. First he demanded that the tires be picked up the day that are drop shipped (even though UPS didnt guarantee a specific day) then began to use the most foul language saying that he "gives it to you like it is without sugar coating" and said if I had a problem take them somewhere else. The shame is I used them 3 years ago without incident (must've had a change in management. I dont know how this place became a preferred installer of the internet tire dealer that i used but if this is the owner's idea of customer service, take your $$ and business to some other establishment that "gets it".
