K-9 Koncepts Dog Training

They seem to care about money. Thank God I was smart enough to make the decision to not use them. I know I would have regretted it. more

I brought my 2 year old pitbull to K9 Koncepts in February 2012. Prior to my obedience training with KiKi and Bill I had no idea how to raise a well mannered dog. I thought all I had to do was give him love, but unfortunately that is not the case. My Dog started to show signs of aggression and was very disobedient. I came to realize that his behavior was not entirely his fault, but my fault also. Two people recommended that I looked into a place called K9 Koncepts, being as how they were willing to work with Pitbulls. After meeting Bill and introducing him to my dog I walked away with confidence that they could help him with his issues. In the 3 months that I have been doing the obedience training with KiKi, both me and my dog have improved tremendously. My dog and I both enjoy going to our training sessions, I am gaining more confidence and knowledge on how to properly manage my dog and he has come a very long way from when we started. From my experience with K9 Koncepts staff I can tell you that they sincerely love the animals and train the people. I would definitely recommend anybody with any breed of dog to them. more

Im glad i went with my 2 shepherds,they made us a great team!! Love taking them anywhere now!! Trainers love what they do,very helpful,1on1 if needed! more

I'm Glad i ended up at K-9 Koncepts to train my dogs after calling several places! My 2 Shepherds and i needed help,i wanted a better communication with my dogs. I remember when i went to see a demo and check out what they do! Bill impressed me with his dog Tess,just had a great relationship, that was important to me! Best thing i did! I do dog-sport/shows now and have won several ribbons! The relationship between me and my dogs got better with every class we attended! There is no problem they cant fix! more

I will never go to this place again. And i have warned everyone i know to stay away. We went there to get a free class for 1 hour that was supposed to be "Free" so when we where told by the man Bill that it was no longer free and we could get a class for an hour after we sign up he would do that for us. So we paid like 300 bucks up front and got a lease and a training collar. And he did the class and everything and was very slick about everything. So long story short. He ripped us off. Told us if we where not happy we could get our money back. We found out he lied to us about that free class because we called later and they said yea the free class is still being offered and he offered one to my friend who called. Then after calling to get my money back he lied and said he was only some dude they hired to do sales and sell class's. When it turns out he is the CEO and founder!. And he ignored all my phone call's voice mails and every attempt to get my money back. Then tried to charge another 400 bucks to my account before i could cancel my card! and after i got my money back from the bank. Then and only then did he call back and leave nasty voice mails and threats and so on!. STAY AWAY! more

My dog was wild , they hepled me at the first lesson and didn't make me feel foolish. The classes are conveinient and the staff is freindly .I'm so glad we went to K9Koncepts. more
