Yankee Stadium is an experience in itself. Tickets are hard to come by, and everything from parking to food to the tickets themselves is quite lofty in price. Going to a game is classic Americana, however, so don’t be discouraged by the price. One tip: make sure to visit Monument Park before the game (you’ll have to arrive early). Watching batting practice is also a lot of fun. And using public transportation isn’t a bad idea – it can be a bit of a traffic jam leaving after the game.

FRATELLI'S RESTAURANT IS A REAL FAMILY STYLE RESTAURANT. THE FOOD IS VERY TASTY. THE PORTIONS ARE LARGE AND THE PRICE IS MODERATE ($17-$ 22) PER PERSON. THE ATMOSPHERE IS COMFORTABLE AND THE SERVICE IS EFFICIENT AND POLITE. THE MANAGER AND OWNER, BOTH MINGLE WITH THE CUSTOMERS WITH POLITE CONVERSATION AND SHOW THEIR APPRECIATION FOR THE GUESTS PATRONAGE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR DINNER.

by far one of the best arthur avenue experiences I have had thus far...the food was exceptional, the ambience like no other..and service impeccable..Prior to the new ownership, this was one of my favorite restaurants in NYC known as amici's, now de'Medici has surpassed that status to MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT period..Words can do no justice, trust that you will not be disappointed and you will be thinking about your next visit before you leave...
Pros: great for a family dinner, romantic dinner and even a large group.... very versatile

Josepina is a nice restaurant serving great Italian food in the middle of Riverdale. It's a cosy atmosphere with friendly waitstaff who will chat with you and also help you find whatever you want on the menu. The prices are very reasonable and the dining experience is always pleasant. The decor is simple - dim lighting and dark wood makes the atmosphere mellow and relaxing for a good and hearty Italian feast.

Wow! I struck gold when I went to this restaurant! A must go!!!! Not one bad meal in 16 visits taken guests all positive! Fresh food, excellent service, amazing portions, no wait, first restaurant on left after bridge. Enjoy guys! I never wrote a review till this one just had to tell people.

On our visit to Yankee Stadium from Canada in June 08 we stumbled upon the Yankee Tavern. What a great find!! Great food at very reasonable prices and outstanding service from the hardest working staff I've ever seen; and with a smile on their faces. Not often you see these great neighborhood places stay in the family for 85 years. I think that says a lot. I highly recommend this for before or after game. Hey; if "The Babe" liked it, who are we to argue?

I was surprised that there was only one review for this restaurant. I have a nephew who attends Manhattan College and we decided to go to this restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. It was possibly the best steak that I have ever had. The steak was prepared perfectly and seemingly melts in your mouth. Although it is a little pricey it is worth every dime. The service is exceptional and there was never a moment when I was looking for my waitress. Overall a great restaurant, one of the best I have been to in a long time.

Had an amazing time at Mamosa. Met amazing people and heard great music. The bartender was very cute and served me some delicious drinks. The crowd was sexy and fresh -- def not cheesy. The men were definately on point.
