Windowizards

Gave a down payment in September and received no windows, received a phone call after the news ran that Window Wizard was out of business to tell me that they were going to still install my windows and they would install them in December 23, 2010 after the date I called every am and pm and received the same message. And still today I have not heard from any one. more

Yea how good are they? They are now out of business and with our deposit.... Our windows are not even ordered, deposits gone, and I won't even get the tax credit since no one else can make windows in this short of time frame.. We lost so much $$ and we were warned by other competitors that they were not doing well, but we thought they were just saying that to get our money. Now they are laughing at us. For anyone looking for home improvements needs, call a company thats growing don't look at the years they have been in business only. Because window wizards was slowly dropping and were not growing, yet we did not see between the lines. I called up Castle windows and they were really understanding in working out a price to make up what wizards did to us. They gave us no deposit and 12 months same as cash to catch up to out loss.. They are growing and they are the 6 largest window company out there. do your homework folks... we lost over $4500.00 in this bad economy because we went with a cheaper price more

We had 20 windows installed. Window Wizards never showed up to scheduled appointments and sent installers who did not know what they were doing and ruined the outside of my home. The windows are fine, but the company is no Wizard. more

We recently replaced our crummy builders grade door with a new fiberglass door with side lights from Windowizards. Their staff was easy to work with, their pricing was very very competetive, the door and windows look AMAZING and the delivery was right on schedule for our home renovation. After living with an ugly door for all these years and one that did not even close right, I simply can't say how happy we are to have our new Windowizards door! more

Windowizards replaced all of the windows in our house (13) and a sliding glass door in less than a day. They did an excellent job with installing the windows, putting the molding back and everything!!! I highly recommend them!!! more

The installer was professional. polite, cleaned up after himself, did not bother me to borrow any tools or make excuses when the job was difficult. Dear Mr. Goodman, My husband Rich and I wanted to send you a note expressing our happiness at every aspect of our "Window Wizards" experience. Our salesperson was Andy Glaberson and we were immediately made very comfortable by his sales pitch. Andy came in, was polite and well informed about his product and respected our need to talk with each other and ask many questions. He had answers for them all. He did not force your product with a "hurry-up and make a decision or else" attitude. In fact, he got his manager on the phone, spoke to him about our specific circumstances and worked with us over a number of weeks to finalize the order. Next, Jack called us, came out to measure and our order went in. We had our install this past Monday, May 17th. Jack and associate arrived on time, and got right to work. Our entire install of 14 windows were completed within one day. My husband Rich was home all day with the install team and was very impressed with the speed, accuracy, efficiency and clean-up measures employed by Jack with our window install. I arrived home and was greeted with Jack going over the window procedures with Rich. I especially appreciate that you will be recycling our old windows. Jack also was sensitive to my request to pay extra attention to all of the plants I have around the house. Overall, we cannot express strongly enough how pleased and appreciative we are with the entire process, start to finish. We received 6-7 quotes from companies ranging from Andersen to Home Depot and other local/national players. The sales person from Window Wizards was very knowledgeable and did a great job in assessing our needs. Our home is a 60s rancher with some unusual window openings. They were the only company that gave a good assessment of our needs and were actually much more affordable than all the others. The installer was very good and did a superb job. We installed vinyl and many of the other higher end suppliers (like Andersen) was trying to convince us to go with something of better quality like wood frames, etc. since we live in a pretty high-end / expensive neighborhood (median home is $630 K). Since the house was a total rehab, we did not want to spend too much. The window quality and look was much better then expected. The material itself is not superb and feels soft in the frame area, however, it looks and functions perfectly. I have been very pleasantly surprised with the overall value. We paid in the range of $16,000 for 13 windows, 2 sliding doors and 2 regular doors. Superb JOB! more

I used Windowizards in my old house and recently used them agian for my new home. I had 16 windows and a door installed, I requested my orginal installer and he was still there (4 years later!). I was again very pleased with the product and the installer. Great job! more

We recently had all of our downstairs windows replaced by Window Wizards. I did a considerable amount of research before my selection as I am always leary of advertisements, after no one stands on the corner yelling "Stale fish for sale." I was very pleasantly surprised. The salesman was very professional. The office staff was always available, prompt, and friendly. The installers arrived on time with three installers who did a superb job. It is not too often these days that we see workers who are so skilled and take so much pride in their work. When the alarm people came in they were surprised to see the winow locks which were a completely new and superior piece of equipment. I highly recommend Window Wizards. more

They did over $25,000 worth of work for me, all of my windows, siding & doors and I have had nothing but aggravation & dissatisfaction from the products sold to me & the service i have received from the first day of installation. In fact, I just won a judgment against them in small claims court this week! more

I purchased 26 windows that were installed last month. The overall experience was very good. Recently I was contacted by them to schedule an appointment to make sure the windows were properly insulated. The service team came out today and inspected each and every window and found no issues. The windows have surpassed my expectations and I am pleased. more

I recently purchased $7,000 worth of replacement windows from a company in Levittown, PA. Last evening, a Philadelphia news company reported that the same windows I purchased were not filled with energy saving foam, as the company salesperson and promotional material highlighted, but rather, these windows are hollow. The Company CEO, in a recent press release, describes that he apologizes for the error in the sales material which depicted the window chambers filled with energy saving foam. Not only was this an error, but filling these windows with foam would NOT be energy saving. I imagine this is the first attempt at denying the thousands of Customers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware that were given hollow windows. I was concerned about using Windowizards after reading some negative reviews. My windows were installed last week and I am very happy with my decision. They were about $1500 less than my best quote and the window was rated higher. I recommend Window Wizards. more

my new patio door is energy effecient and was perfectly and quickly installed. the price also beat lowe's by $1,000.00. although i did have some trouble getting the door installer to show up, when he did , he did a perfect job. i am very pleased. more

Just got my windows and doors installed and couldn't be happier!!!! Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful from the person who gave me an appointment to the salesman to the installer! I felt totally informed from step one to completion of the job! My home is over 90 years old so nothing is ordinary (or level!) but all possible issues were explained and dealt with BEFORE they could possibly become issues. As a single woman on a limited budget it is important to me to get the best value for my dollar and I am quite confident I did just that! I feel like I have a whole new house! I recently had my new windows installed and for the most part I am very happy with my decsision to go with Window Wizards. The only problem I had was a window that wouoldn't lock properly. I called and their service guy came out to fix it but it took about a week. I had other quotes and found WW to be competitive compared to others in my area. I plan to use them for a bow window in the fall. more
