This is a great gym. It's brand new and so aren't all of the machines and locker rooms. The showers are ultra clean as is the locker rooms and the rooms. There are rows and rows of cardio machines as well as weight machines. This gym has all of the extra classes that you would want such as Cardio Kick boxing, Spinning etc... and the staff are so friendly. I have always felt comfortable to ask them anything in regards to how to tackle tough spots or how to use a machine. Great place to go to get into shape!

This is a nice family owned franchise and they aim to please. I've been going to Bristol Gold's Gym for 15 years now and have witnessed it transform from a sweaty gym, along the lines of someone's basement, to a very modern, top of the line machines & weights, snack/drink bar, ultra clean bathrooms and a friendly staff. The owners truly care about their clients and it shows. They have a variety of classes available, free of charge, such as Spinning, aerobics, pilates, cardio kickboxing, yoga, etc.... all of this for a very competitive and reasonable monthly fee.

They are a great gym in terms of what they offer re: fitness classes, weights, tons of cardio machines, a separate women's fitness area, day care, ab and stretching area, etc. However they tend to try to upsell you into long term contracts and the gym is definately a place to be seen especially if you're from Bristol.
