I was looking to join a local health club and received a fantastic promotion for Blast Fitness. The club has modern cardio equipment and weights with an area for abs, etc. but that's about it. If you're like me and into group classes this would not be the placefor you. However for weights and cardio you can't beat the deals.

I was looking to join a local health club and received a fantastic promotion for Blast Fitness. The club has modern cardio equipment and weights with an area for abs, etc. but that's about it. If you're like me and into group classes this would not be the placefor you. However for weights and cardio you can't beat the deals.
