Jillians is always a nice place to go to. Always a nice atmosphere and the food is amazing. Good service is always fast and friendly. A little on the expensive side but totally worth it. Also have a nice bar area too.

The set up inside is more like a restaurant now, than a bar. The service is usually pretty bad. Even with the bar less than 1/4 full, and 3 bartenders on..you have to wait, and wait ...and wait. First for one of the bartenders to notice you standing there with $$ in your hand, and then for them to get your drink. Frustrating..

GOING TO THIS PLACE YOU MAY AS WELL USE THE LOCAL DUMPSTER AS THE BUFFET. THE FOOD SUCKS, THE SERVICE SUCKS AND THE ATTITUDE IS ABSOLUTELY ONE OF THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. WAS GIVEN GIFT CERTIFICATES FOR THIS PLACE AND WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM TO THE LOCAL FOOD BANK BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD.
IT WOULD BE FOR NUTRICTIONAL TO DUMPSTER DIVE THAN TO GO TO THIS RESTAURANT.
PROS: A DUMPSTER DIVE IS MORE ENJOYABLE
