Workers were on time, and although the materials arrived late, they stayed to complete the work until after dark. Price was reasonable and we were satisfied with the appearance of the windows after installation. Owner was easy to contact and always returned our calls quickly.

I was very pleased. They called right back, showed up on time, and worked diligently to clean out years of accumulated stuff in the gutters. The repair was competent and appropriate and the technician was personable and professional. I would hire them again.

My husband got our crown molding for our living room through them. He had looked at several places including Home depot, Lowes, etc. The prices here were the best prices around. The order came in very fast. The only problem he had, was that when he went to pick up the order, he had to wait a little while because they had trouble finding his supplies. We will definitely be going back for crown molding for the rest of our house.

My most recent purchase, a dishwasher, was the 4th appliance that I've bought at Barry's over the past 15+ years. Whenever I need a new appliance, I always shop around for the best deal and always end up at Barry's. Service is always wonderful (even the guys who come to install are charming). Anyone who has had a bad experience, I'm sure it was just a fluke.

If you want it, you buy it and they load it into your car or truck and you take it home. No waiting for a special order to come in like at most furniture stores. It can be yours the day you see it! They have a unique pricing system where the prices are coded onto price tags that also allow for automatic discounts. The prices are EXTREMELY good! They have bedroom, living room, and dining room furniture, rugs, lamps, chandeliers, mirrors, childrens' furniture, bathroom vanities, and home office furniture, to name just some of the items carried.

Somerville Lumber Company has a good showroom and planning showroom. They have a large slection of custom and stock windows. Assistance is always available when you walk in the store. Rarely, do I have to ask for help. If they seem me looking confused, they will just come up and ask!
