With all the new and fabulous ice cream chains that have popped up in the last several years, Baskin Robins is still my favorite. They have the best ice cream cakes around. The frosting they use is the best! I love it, have loved it ever since I was a kid and will always love it. No one else's even comes close. The ice cream is fresh and delicious and there are so many choices you will have trouble making up your mind. Luckily you can sample the flavors to help you make your decision. This chain has been around since I was a kid and I hope to be able to take my grandkids there one day.
