i rented a car from them, and only after repeated calls to the manager after i returned it, did i get the overcharges on my credit card straight. i never did get reimbursed for the full tank of gas i put in the car. i'll never rent a car from them or enterprise again.

They tricked me into signing up for the extra insurance I didn't want and tried to charge me an extra $100 for the car. I had specified I did not want it. They refused to refund my money and treated me very rudely.When I said I was going to complain to the BBB about it the manager came forward, without even acknowledging me gave the other rep an invoice that showed zero,then he said disgustedly "Give her a ride", like get her out of here. No apologies,no one even told me they didn't charge me.
