Ken Krista came to an amazingly rare conclusion: if you treat people exceptionally well when they're buying a house, you'll do better than if you try to hurry them into a house that isn't perfect for them/is too expensive/etc.
Ken sold my husband his condo five years ago, and just sold us our first house. We wouldn't think of using anyone else.
He's interested in doing right by his customers...mostly, I think that's because it's the kind of guy he is, but it's nice to note that nice guys don't finish last in this case. With a devoted following of everyone he's ever worked with, he's in high demand, and doing well for himself. Dr. Czibulka is an extremely friendly, extremely competent ENT. Appointments are easy to get and they have 2 locations in North Haven and Branford. There are 3 other doctors in the group as well. They accept most insurances and are affiliated with all area hospitals and surgicenters. Dr. Czibulka did my sinus surgery and I would recommend her to anyone!

When our central air stopped working during a heat wave..we phoned five different companies and they all said the same thing...we can't come out for a few days. We called Air Inc and they said "No problem..we'll send someone out right away" Yes, it was costly to get our air conditioning fixed and yes it was a minor problem (but we couldn't fix it ourselves) but it was fixed, the technician was friendly and professional and they did what it took to get the job done. Very Pleased !!!

Allusions was the salon I used for my wedding preparations, and they were fabulous! I was nervous enough about the wedding, but they took all my cares away. I had my hair done, which turned out better than anyone had ever been able to do before! I had a manicure and pedicure, which were great, and not like the quick jobs you get in the mall. I have never seen my nails look so good! My last beautifying procedure was the spray tan. I've heard the horror stories of it coming out orange or streaky, but not here! My tech did a wonderful job of applying a nice even coat that worked well with my normally fair skin tone. I looked healthy, not orange.
They do a wonderful job here, and I would recomment them to anyone.

Wow, Arabella has a great selection of shoes, clothing, accessories and jewelry. I was floored by the styles that they had and personal attention I received. They really know their merchandise and helped me put together an outfit that made me feel like a million bucks! I would highly recommend this store to anyone.
