Good: We liked the atmosphere and the time we were served was prompt. Also, the waitress' smile.. Bad: Three of us didn't like the quality of the Lobster and the price. WE ALL felt that for what we got, it was overpriced.. Improvements: I, personally, would of like to see that if a customer complains the manager should come to the table and find out what is wrong. The three of us complained to the waitress. Thats bad business (to me) that the complaint wasn't taken seriously.. Other: We were recommended to visit your restaurant by friends and to order the Lobster Roll. Supposely it was the best in town. Needless to say it was not what we expected. If one of us complained then I would say it was our taste buds, but all three of us that order the Lobster Roll were VERY disappointed. It was dry and had no taste at all. We did complain to the waitress. We were there around 12:30 today, August 18..
