Ken Krista came to an amazingly rare conclusion: if you treat people exceptionally well when they're buying a house, you'll do better than if you try to hurry them into a house that isn't perfect for them/is too expensive/etc. Ken sold my husband his condo five years ago, and just sold us our first house. We wouldn't think of using anyone else. He's interested in doing right by his customers...mostly, I think that's because it's the kind of guy he is, but it's nice to note that nice guys don't finish last in this case. With a devoted following of everyone he's ever worked with, he's in high demand, and doing well for himself. If you're looking for a home in New Haven or the shoreline, you want to work with Ken Krista. (Tell him the Rosses sent you)
