Great personal training This is one person who knows what she is doing when she trains you. Sometimes you can go to a trainer and not feel the workout with Trisha you feel the workout. She is very professional and someone that you can feel comfortable with. I highly recommend this personal trainer. Super I have strenghtened myself so much. And she works well with me considering I have a shoulder that was hurt in a car accident. Plus she isnt expensive like some gyms or private trainers.

Great personal training This is one person who knows what she is doing when she trains you. Sometimes you can go to a trainer and not feel the workout with Trisha you feel the workout. I dont know what to say. I have had Trisha training me for awhile and I can definately see the results. I am so glad I have her on my team. Although she does work me hard it is paying off. She also goes out of her way to make sure that I have ideas for exercises that I can do at home. I am gaining so much strength it is awesome. She really pushes me to do my best. Also I hurt the next day!! Which is a good thing.
