I had AC out to look at and quote installing new duct work, that had been ruined by vermin. The person who looked at the job discussed with his boss that there was remnants of the infestation and perhaps it was not a job they wished to tackle. Instead of notifying me, they left me hanging. I contacted them again, spoke to Kevin, one of the bosses. We discussed what was going on. I agreed to look into having the place professionally cleaned and made safer for them to work in. They were supposed to run a credit application for me to make sure I would qualify for financing. 5 days later, no call from them. Very poor follow through. I will not call them again, I am going elsewhere, which is what they want, apparently. However I am publishing this review to warn others and I will tell anyone I know that this is not a reliable company. Cons: They don't follow through

I called A/C Warehouse for a second opinion on a repair behind another company, my neighbor who uses A/C Warehouse highly recommended them too me, there price for the repair was about $400.00 lower than the first company that I had out. I decided to replace my unit instead of fixing it, I got a total of 4 quotes from different companies and the best value for the money was A/C Warehouse. I had them install a new system, the installers were professional,courteous,and explained to me how to operate the new system, the install was top notch, the county inspector even complemented on how good the install looked. I recommend them to all my friends and family. JACK E

I was so impressed with AC Warehouse!! They were fast and honest. What a fantastic company. Hats off to the owner!!! Best quality and even paid less than other companies I received quotes from. Went out of their way-great customer relations. I have several other rentals and will definitely use them again. I would give them a A++++ Heidi/Denny B.
